THE NIGHT SHOW

“The Night Show studies the fluidity of New York City. The concept of a fantastic and glowing city reminiscent of Katsuhiro Otomo’s Neo Tokyo, but grounded like Woody Allen’s Manhattan profoundly engulfed in it’s own happenings and mythos, has been something I’ve been pushing, pulling, and reshaping in my mind for the last year. This collection of photographs is the product of those thoughts manifested.”

Avery J. Savage is 23 years-old and has lived in New York City for four years. After studying art history and sociology at Hunter College, he began shooting digital photography in January 2017. He works exclusively with a Nikon D5500 crop sensor digital SLR, 35mm prime lens and edits all photos through Adobe Lightroom.
